Mission

The Museum was established to promote the good traditions of the University, preserve significant historical and cultural artifacts, provide services to present research achievements of faculty members and students, and foster cultural education for the public, with the aim of developing NCKU campuses into a wall-less cultural center of the community.
Since opening in 2007, the Museum has built upon the University’s longstanding belief that campus cultural property is an important part of university education. The Museum is thus carrying the following missions:
 1. Collect and preserve significant historical artifacts of the University;
 2. Research and publish the cultural property of the University’s history;
 3. Exhibit and expand teaching and research accomplishments of the University’s faculty members and students; and
 4. Promote and assist in multidimensional social education.
